Since earning my bachelor's degree in Nursing at the University of Southern Maine, in 2006, I have worked in a wide range of healthcare setting, including CardioPulmonary Rehab, ICU, and Emergency Medicine. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the importance of tradiontional medical practices. I have also become aware of western medicine's inability to access or treat the root causes of many conditions. Through my own personal path to well-being, I have gained a profound respect and appreciation for the transformative potential of holistic wellness practices.
My Story
In 2021, I expanded my practice by becoming a Transformative Holistic Nurse Coach through the Nurse Coach Collective. I combine my nursing expertise with a holistic approach to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, in order to promote healing a transformation.
Through my love for energy medicine, I have pursued certifications in Reiki Level II [Usui Method, 2023] and Craniosacral Therapy level I with the Upledger Institute [2023]. These modalities offer clients gentle, non-invasive methods to promote relaxation, restore balance, and enhance well-being.
My approach to health care is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing addresses the mind, body, and soul. We have an immense amount of untapped potential just beneath the surface. It is my Passion and Purpose to Empower you to Release, Reconnect, and to Foster the Flow of your Infinite Potential.
