I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Nurse, and Certified Reiki Practitioner who brings a deeply compassionate, intuitive approach to bodywork. With a background in hospice nursing, I hold a steady, grounded presence and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal.
My sessions blend therapeutic massage, Thai-inspired bodywork, and Reiki to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and whole-body balance. Each session is personalized and guided by what the body is asking for in the moment. I believe that healing unfolds best when the body feels safe, supported, and met with genuine
care.
