I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse with training in CranioSacral Therapy. I offer Therapeutic massage and structural bodywork focused on relieving pain, restoring mobility, and supporting whole-body balance.
My sessions combine soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and targeted therapeutic massage with CranioSacral techniques that support nervous system regulation and help release deeper patterns of tension.
